If Cohen didn’t pay state taxes, let him get indicted. Everyone who doesn’t pay their taxes should be punished, whether it’s Obamas Treasury Secretary, Al Sharpton, or Trumps lawyer.

Cohen already said he wouldn’t accept a Trump pardon for any Federal convictions, and why would Trump pardon him anyway if he actively sought to damage Trump?
