You seem to be avoiding the issue of Loving v Virginia raised and for good reason. You can't be against it because that would make you sound racist. can't be for it because it is based same legal principles as Obergefell. Gotcha!!Citizens United was a ruling based on the First Amendment, which is actually a part of the Constitution.Did they also take the liberal side in Citizens United??The Constitution is set up that way, if you don't like it, ask for an Amendment.Kinda like a president that is given the victory through the Electoral College and not by popular vote..Every state that voted on this voted AGAINST same sex marriage, so your side STOLE your victory, just like you STOLE victory with Roe v. Wade.
But that's not the same as the Supreme Court consistently taking the liberal side of great social issues and refusing to allow the American people to have any input.
Abortion and same sex marriage is nowhere mentioned in the Constitution, so the Supreme Court exceeded its lawful authority in deciding on these issues.
Abortion and same-sex marriage is not.
