This is a good first step. At least you admit that global warming is a reality, partly due to human activities. Something 97% of climate scientist agree on.

Growing marijuana outside takes in CO2 from the atmosphere and helps reduce greenhouse gases. Hemp can also make charcoal and gasoline for America's energy, as well as provide four times more paper per acre than trees so that deforestation ends, helping to further reduce greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Biodegradable plastic can be also be made from hemp stalks.

So the problem isn't marijuana. It's marijuana prohibition.

Of course smoking/burning marijuana releases carbon dioxide into the atmostphere.

Carbon released from burning any plant was taken in from the atmosphere. A zero sum exchange.

Apparently, growing marijuana inside, and it is being grown inside in massive quantities, uses such massive amounts of electricity--that it is contributing to global warming (now known as climate change because it has been so cold lately).

And, the water that has to be diverted for growing California's outside marijuana crop is also massive. It seems the marijuana growers use up a lot of the water left after the Smelt gets the first share, and the marijuana water is diverted from the water that the folks who grows food need.

Their principal crop in California is Hypocrisy, so I guess it doesn't matter.

Simple solution to all issues listed above is to legalize it everywhere in the US so that the market can determine the most efficient place to grow (which is probably outside in the midwest somewhere).

Prohibition promotes a lot of inefficiencies.

Legalize it.
