Haha....what a joke. Ive never seen the prosecutors in a murder case be the ones so desparately trying to suppress the release of evidence. Shes in panic mode.

Mrs. Mosby...if these officers murdered Freddie....why not let the autopsy speak for itself? Why hide it?

Shes praying to God that the officers take a plea deal so she wont have to open the case file and expose that she has no case.

They arent. The defense is begging for all evidence to be released. Ive never in my life seen that....except for innocent defendants.

Truth is....Freddie had lead poisoning. Lead eats away calcium in bones. His neck bones were already weakened from that...and already had past trauma from an accident. His neck bones were basically like an eggshell. He smashed his head around....and broke his neck.

The defense attorney for the black female Sergeant said Mosby is being "disengenious" and that she has no case. Also says if Mosby has such a case...show the evidence.

This could go.down in legal history as one of the most grossly political fueled misuses of prosecutorial discretion since the civil rights era.

She had a plan:

- Charge a bunch of cops to satisfy the mob
- Hide the lack of evidence through gag orders
- Bully the cops into a plea deal....which would include a gag order on speaking about the case

THEN....with everything hidden....go on MSNBC and say she had no choice but to give plea deals because the racist court system was so rigged...that a trial would guarantee "no justice" got done.
