"Management" is not the same as "manager". It means "whoever we give that job to".

I'm certain that according to Six Flag's policies, security guards do in fact have the authority to make dress code decisions. They would be the logical choice.

I'm certain that according to Six Flag's policies, security guards do in fact have the authority to make dress code decisions. They would be the logical choice.
