Mark Judge, Key Witness To Alleged Brett Kavanaugh Assault, Refuses To Testify

I noticed that "Rate My Professors" has scrubbed several negative comments left by students from a few years ago on their website.
What a bunch of bullshit.

The Honorable Charles Grassley, Chairman Committee on the Judiciary United States Senate 135 Hart Senate Office Building Washington, D.C. 20510

The Honorable Dianne Feinstein, Ranking Member Committee on the Judiciary United States Senate 331 Hart Senate Office Building Washington, D.C. 20510
Dear Chairman Grassley and Ranking Member Feinstein:

We are women who have known Brett Kavanaugh for more than 35 years and knew him while he attended high school between 1979 and 1983. For the entire time we have known Brett Kavanaugh, he has behaved honorably and treated women with respect. We strongly believe it is important to convey this information to the Committee at this time. Brett attended Georgetown Prep, an all-boys high school in Rockville, Maryland. He was an outstanding student and athlete with a wide circle of friends. Almost all of us attended allgirls high schools in the area. We knew Brett well through social events, sports, church, and various other activities. Many of us have remained close friends with him and his family over the years. Through the more than 35 years we have known him, Brett has stood out for his friendship, character, and integrity. In particular, he has always treated women with decency and respect. That was true when he was in high school, and it has remained true to this day. The signers of this letter hold a broad range of political views. Many of us are not lawyers, but we know Brett Kavanaugh as a person. And he has always been a good person.
Sincerely,"

What do you think?

why did they have it ready if they didn't know about the allegations?

oh right.... trumpkins elected a sexual predator so couldn't care less

Because,Snowflake, Feinstin has has this letter since July and word got out about it.

The FBI doesn't take the "letter" seriously as they state there will be NO investigation.

"The FBI responded as one would expect: “The bureau does not plan to launch a criminal investigation, according to a person familiar with the matter — a probe that would normally be handled by local authorities if it were within the statute of limitations.”

What is Christine Braley Ford trying to hide?

EXCERPT:

After Democrats all but lose the prospect of derailing the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, suddenly a new accuser with a 35-year-old charge of groping abuse comes out of the woodwork. Problem is, she doesn't want to tell us everything.

Christine Blasey Ford's accusation started with a letter – an anonymous accusatory letter of bad behavior dating from high school. A letter we were supposed to believe, a guy's career we were supposed to ruin, yet we were to take only on faith that there was any merit to it.

Well, that fell apart, so the accuser came forward. She had psychologist's notes dating from 2012. She says she passed a polygraph. And the picture she painted was imaginable, as witness stories are – there were holes in the story (she had no idea where she was or how she got home, she didn't want to say anything to anyone so as to avoid getting in trouble), and her charges – groping, clothes grabbed at, but no rape – were not over the top. All of that made her look rather believable, because, well, I am about the same age as her and know what it was like to be 17. Seventeen-year-old girls often are groped by certain kinds of boys.

But her case rapidly fell apart when it wasn't just a problem from her long ago.

I can understand why Judge Kavanaugh isn't worried.

Plus they got a hold of the other guy she claimed was with Kavanaugh. He said she's nuts. How do you not remember where a party was at, who hosted its, where the house was located at if something that dramatic happened to you? She can't remember the month, the year, nothing.

This bimbo is FOS.

Highly problematic that accuser Christine M. Blasey-Ford cannot provide an exact date of alleged incident -- no day or month, not even sure of the season. Fact she didn’t tell anybody contemporaneously also a problem in terms of corroborating her story

BREAKING: Senate Judiciary Committee vote will be held regardless of accusation. Committee not delaying for testimony from accuser. Going ahead with vote on Thursday, bracing for well-organized protests from leftists at Hart Senate Office Building

But you don't find it odd that this list came out hours after the accusation.
Finding 65 women from the school in that time from that long ago took that little time??????

Doubt MSNBC will even mention this letter.

65 women who knew Brett Kavanaugh in high school defend his character
In light of allegations of sexual assault, 65 women say Kavanaugh always “treated women with respect.”

Sixty-five women who knew Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh in high school have testified to his good character in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee, in light of recently surfaced allegations that he tried to force himself on a girl during his time at Georgetown Preparatory School, an all-boys school in Bethesda, Maryland.

Democrats are passing up the chance to ask Kavanaugh who would be under OATH, direct questions about the allegations. Why would they do that?

NEW: Brett Kavanaugh will speak at 5:30pm to judiciary committee staffers with new questions about allegations of sexual misconduct, per a source familiar with the confirmation process.

Kavanaugh Accuser’s Lawyer: It’s Not Her Job To Corroborate Her Story

"Debra Katz, the attorney for the woman accusing Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, said that it is not her client’s job to corroborate her claims."

The rest of the stupidity is in the link.

So what is her job, to make accusations and have other people prove them? Sounds like some libs here on USMB.

Something tells me she's not going to testify in front of Congress.

Right. 65 women. How many people do you know, even know 65 people on a personal level.

I call bullshit.

And this guy has been caught in a lie he told during his confirmation to the DC circuit.

And then lets talk about his participation in the Bill Clinton witch hunt, and now has conveniently changed his mind on a President being indicted.

You don't think he got that from his Bush administration participation on deciding if torture was legal do you?

You know, information contained in documents that the national archives are trying to bury from view?

This fuckin g douchebag is a lot of things. Someone with good character isn't one of them.

the person said that Kavanaugh would have killed her if she hadn't ran away. the person also said that she locked the door of the bathroom until Kavanaugh left. if this didn't happen, why would the person give such a detailed account of what happened, 6 years ago, to stop Kavanaugh now.
