"Obvious allegiance to Putin"??? Because Trump declined to call out Putin on election meddling in front of the whole world? If Trump has "obvious allegiance" to Putin, why has Trump:

* agreed to sell weapons to Georgia and Ukraine (which Obama refused to do)?
* pushed NATO nations to spend *more* on defense?
* tried to persuade Germany to cancel the Russian-German pipeline?
* renewed sanctions on Russia?
* slapped a high tariff on Russian steel imports?
* expelled over 60 Russian diplomats?
* shut down a Russian consulate?
* condemned Russia for its actions in Syria?
* condemned Russia for assassinating Russian dissidents/defectors in Western nations?
* strongly boosted U.S. defense spending?

Gee, these are all actions that Putin and his cronies oppose. So how can any rational person believe that Trump has "allegiance to Putin"?

That the president was attended in Helsinki by a team of competent and patriotic advisors makes his blunders and capitulations all the more painful and inexplicable.

'No prior president has ever abased himself more abjectly before a tyrant. Not only did President Trump fail to speak the truth about an adversary; but speaking for America to the world, our president failed to defend all that makes us who we are—a republic of free people dedicated to the cause of liberty at home and abroad.

Since when are U.S. presidents supposed to act hostile towards other leaders when meeting them? I know a few were hostile toward Obama and refused to shake his hand. The left thought that was horrible but now want Trump to act that way.

Why is Hillary selling Russia uranium, taking millions in donations and being paid for speeches okay but Trump trying to soothe relations with Russia is so wrong?
