But as far as re-opening goes, Deceitful Don has cleverly given himself an escape hatch, as all professional conmen do. He will claim credit for anything positive resulting from increased economic activity and put the blame on governors for any deaths or increases in cases of the virus.

Testing is a nice panacea, ment to make some feel all warm and fuzzy. So I can see why you and your feelings are all for it.
You can test negative and that is not a magical shield of protection. You can still turn up positive within the next hour, day or week.
