There was and is a War on Christmas. The Holiday could be a bit crass with presents for mostly kids. But what it turned into with the corporate Prog socialists over the years affected it and Thanksgiving. And Thanksgiving is in the sights of the Prog socialists also.

That is your way. But that is not the way I and everyone else I knew remember it. And how everyone I know now celebrate it. Progs are revolutionaries. You gotta know we will end up like the people in the Soviet Union did or with a lot of people dead. Not as a threat. But as a steward of paying some attention to History class.

Okay, you are kind of a crazy person, so I'm not sure I want to waste a lot of time here.

For most of history, Christmas wasn't that big of a deal. Easter (Zombie Jesus Day) actually was the big holiday in Christianity.

The last century has included a lot of commercialization of the holiday, but that's not a "prog" thing, that's a capitalist thing.

Personally, I enjoy Christmas for the ambiance of it... but most people don't think about the fake baby Jesus stories, they think about presents and getting together with family and singing songs.
