Merrick Garland's Not So Special Special Counsel for Hunter Biden

They wanted a Special Counsel on Hunter.

They now have a Counsel, and they are running around, "Counsel, counsel, who is this stinking Trump-appointed Counsel?'

The MAGA is going to lose so badly next year across the nation.

You knew something blatantly dirty had to happen to make this go away. And you knew that the MSM would not protest. There will be no consequences.

It's impossible to keep track of all the bizarre right-wing conspiracy theories. I have no idea what this one is about.
You said it was a conspiracy theory that the COVID vaccines didn’t stop the spread.

You said it was a conspiracy theory that COVID was started in a lab.

Your bad🤷‍♂️

I predict former president Trump will be indicted again by Monday.
I think it's possible that the sheriff in Ga arrests Trump in person and flies him to Ga to get the mug shot.
Time will tell.

It sure sucks living in a failed republic.

Mr. Weiss that is.

For you see, it is Weiss who has allowed any number of felonies to go unpunished by their becoming time-barred.

It was Weiss who presided over a joke of a plea deal thrown out by the court.

So, now, the same Weiss we are to believe will now do something different?

Well, 'different' would be indicting Hunter next week. Because once an indictment is handed down, the statute of limitations is no longer in play. Again, though, this is the same Weiss who allowed multiple felonies that Hunter Biden should have been charged with to have lapsed. And time is running on remaining felonies.

Since Weiss has virtually all the information he needs to indict, any foot dragging to indictments will show his appointment is all smoke and mirrors.

Time to put up or shut up for Weiss, indict next week, or it is indeed a sham, a further protection racket for not Hunter but for Joe Biden and familia.
Wiess was originally appointed to investigate hunter by the tRump administration.

BTW. This appointment violates the very regulations authorizing the AG to appoint a special counsel.

Why?

The regulations say the person appointed must be from outside the government, and Weiss most certainly isn't as he is a sitting U.S. Attorney.
Correct. A U.S. attorney is an official of the DOJ and therefore should be inelegible to be a special counsel. But the Biden Administration does not seem to be very meticulous in following the law, due process, standard procedure or the Constitution on pretty much anything.

It is not my avatar's style or intention to intentionally demonstrate another avataree, or two, is markedly wrong in his assertions on this chatroom.

Rather, I post the following quotes, and the Wicki reportage because......well, because I thought the juxtaposition was uniquely telling on the quality of knowledge and the research abilities of some posters here.

"This SP was appointed by that dipshit Obama..."
"Delaware has two United States Senators and no one can be appointed U.S Atorney in Delaware without their approval/blessing."

Wicki:
David Charles Weiss (born 1956) is an American attorney. He was nominated by Donald Trump to be the United States Attorney for the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.....

Weiss was serving as acting U.S. Attorney for Delaware when he was nominated to the permanent position by then-president Donald Trump. On February 15, 2018, his nomination to be the United States Attorney was confirmed by the Senate by voice vote.
