In a filing attached to his sentencing memorandum, federal prosecutors said Flynn “informed the government of multiple instances, both before and after his guilty plea, where either he or his attorneys received communications from persons connected to the Administration or Congress that could have affected both his willingness to cooperate and the completeness of that cooperation.”

Michael Flynn told special counsel about possible attempts to obstruct Russia probe

Flynn told Mueller people tied to Trump and Congress tried to obstruct probe

"Flynn even provided a voicemail recording of one such communication, the court papers say. 'In some instances, the (special counsel's office) was unaware of the outreach until being alerted to it by the defendant,' Mueller wrote.

"No other details were provided in the filing, but the Mueller report noted that President Donald Trump's personal lawyer left a voicemail message for Flynn in late November 2017 that addressed the possibility of him cooperating with the government.

"'t wouldn't surprise me if you've gone on to make a deal with ... the government,' the attorney said in the voicemail message, according to Mueller."

Most Americans paid little attention to Watergate until the principals in that scandal began appearing in public hearings; we need to hear from Flynn and Mueller, for starters.

The Latest: Judge orders parts of Mueller report unredacted

"A federal judge has ordered portions of special counsel Robert Mueller's report to be unredacted and made public in the criminal case against former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

"U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan issued the limited order Thursday. Portions of the report relating to Flynn are redacted and would be made public under the order.

"It is the first time a federal judge has ordered the Justice Department to make public portions of the report the agency had kept secret."

Is the noose tightening around Barr's and Rosenstein's (Republican) necks?

You lefty loons have already beaten this horse to death.

No collusion. No obstruction. Grasp at some other straw.

LMAO
Maybe you should read Mueller's report?
Start here:

Read the Mueller Report: Searchable Document and Index

"Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President’s conduct.

"The evidence we obtained about the President’s actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgment.

"At the same time, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state1.

"Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment.

"Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

How many threads on this nothing burger are there now?

I can actually SMELL the desperation of the left.

"As the report takes pains to point out, 'collusion' has no legal definition and is not a federal crime.

"So while the report did not establish conspiracy or coordination, it does not make a determination on 'collusion' — and in fact, it strongly suggests that there was at least an attempt to collude by Trump’s campaign and agents of the Russian government.

"The fact that it did not rise to the level of criminal activity does not mean it was not a serious breach of trust and a damning indictment of the president’s commitment to the health of the American legal and political system.

"The section of the report focusing on Russian interference in the election is not an exoneration of Trump’s innocence. It’s a devastating portrayal of his approach to politics."

"Russia if you're listening..."

The Mueller report’s collusion section is much worse than you think

So, the answer to the Mueller report is for the left to spin even faster.

Amazing.

Before any of you clown's reply, consider this.

You are not lawyers nor experts on Constitutional law. The OPINION articles you are linking to are not fact, but spin based.

The ONLY opinion in this matter that has any weight is Bill Barr.

Wake ME when you have court convictions of the President.

No.

Let them waste their time boring the American People with their disgusting lies.

Every time they bring it up, they lose another House Seat.

The American People are SICK TO DEATH of this shit.

The ones that don't KNOW it was a coup attempt at least suspect it was. Even dimocrap scum think so.

It isn't that dimocrap scum disapprove, quite the opposite. I'm just saying -- They know it was a coup attempt...... That failed.

dimocraps are scum

And the American People are starting to figure that out

A Court can not convict a sitting President.

Can't be done. It is, in fact, impossible to convict a sitting President in a Court of Law.

All he has to do is Pardon himself. And the President's power to Pardon is absolute.

"Although Attorney General William Barr said that there was 'no collusion' in his press conference before the report’s release, Mueller is actually quite explicit that he did not address the question of 'collusion.'

"This is because, to his mind, the term is not precise enough, nor does it fall within the ambit of what was essentially a criminal investigation.

"'Collusion is not a specific offense or theory of liability found in the United States Code, nor is it a term of art in federal criminal law,' Mueller writes. 'For those reasons, the Office’s focus in analyzing questions of joint criminal liability was on conspiracy as defined in federal law.'

"So when Mueller concludes that he 'did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities,' he is not saying that there is no evidence of “collusion” at all, in any sense.

"What he is saying is that there is insufficient evidence to prove that the Trump administration was directly involved in Russian crimes like stealing Clinton’s emails."

The Mueller report’s collusion section is much worse than you think

Guess you're out of luck then. BTW, you CAN convict, it would then be up to the Senate and House to remove him from office. That would be much easier to do if they had a conviction, wouldn't it?

So, until then, the only word on this matter that has any weight is Barr. The rest is spin and sour grapes.

Yes, that is what Trump and Barr have been saying, but Mueller's report doesn't bear that out. Mueller did the investigation, and documents his findings. I'll believe his description of events over Barr, who is just another Trump mouthpiece.

Because you're FUCKING STUPID, let me explain.....

Prosecutors don't exonerate. It just doesn't happen.

Know why? Of course not, because like I said YOU'RE FUCKING STUPID.

But I'll tell you and then you won't be as FUCKING STUPID as you were after your mommy reads this to you.....

The reason prosecutors don't exonerate people is because --

THERE IS A LEGAL PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE IN THIS COUNTRY.

There. Now, are you still as FUCKING STUPID as you were before you read this?

I suspect, yes. Without any doubt whatsoever.

Because 10 minutes from now, you'll be breathlessly listening to some moron on TV tell you the opposite.

And there you have it. The FUCKING STUPID being led by THE FUCKING STUPID
