Michael Flynn Told Special Counsel About Attempts To Obstruct Russia Probe

You lefty loons have already beaten this horse to death.

No collusion. No obstruction. Grasp at some other straw.

LMAO
Maybe you should read Mueller's report?
Start here:

Read the Mueller Report: Searchable Document and Index

"Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President’s conduct.

"The evidence we obtained about the President’s actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgment.

"At the same time, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state1.

"Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment.

"Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

Mueller screwed up. If you look up the LEGAL definition of exonerate you will see it means they are absolved of a crime AFTER they have been found guilty.
He threw that bone in there for the Democrats to chew on because after 2 years he had to give them something, just as the Dem leadership has to give their voter base something... no matter what the facts are or turn out to be, they can never say they were wrong. Not when they have an election always coming up.

The definition of exoneration you're referring would not apply in situations where no conviction has occurred. Mueller's report reveals numerous examples of obstruction of justice attempts perpetrated by Trump as everyone who has read the report knows.

Hundreds of former prosecutors say evidence against Trump supports charges

The Latest: Judge orders parts of Mueller report unredacted

"A federal judge has ordered portions of special counsel Robert Mueller's report to be unredacted and made public in the criminal case against former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

"U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan issued the limited order Thursday. Portions of the report relating to Flynn are redacted and would be made public under the order.

"It is the first time a federal judge has ordered the Justice Department to make public portions of the report the agency had kept secret."

Is the noose tightening around Barr's and Rosenstein's (Republican) necks?

Sullivan wants the transcripts of conversations between Flynn and Kislyak to see if Flynn lied to the FBI. If the transcripts match what Flynn told the FBI then he was falsely charged.

It was days before Flynn pleaded guilty to a felony and formally agreed to cooperate with Mueller.

he plead guilty how can he be falsely charged ?

Mueller was threatening to go after Flynn's son, weird how democrats are okay with that.

In a filing attached to his sentencing memorandum, federal prosecutors said Flynn “informed the government of multiple instances, both before and after his guilty plea, where either he or his attorneys received communications from persons connected to the Administration or Congress that could have affected both his willingness to cooperate and the completeness of that cooperation.”
