Michelle Malkin fires right back at Cindy and Meghan McCain's responses to her rebuke of John McCain at CPAC

Besides this twitter exchange, this article goes into her speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference where she blasts high ranking republicans by name. I always applauded Michelle Malkin because she has never been one to hold back on pointing out dirty politics and related matters. Her book right after Obama was first elected, "Culture of Corruption" was on point! Her bluster and self-assuredness turns some people off, too bad. The republican senate and congress is filled with cowards or career-minded pukes who sold out Trump and worse, sold out America. Malkin’s invective is most welcome.

I really like MM. That being said, it is poor form to speak ill of the dead. I am no john McCain fan, but lets let him rest in peace.

Ordinarily, I'd agree that speaking ill of the dead is generally bad form.

However, with John McCain, he reached across from the other side and made a special effort to disinvite his President. If McCain isn't burying the hatchet in death and is carrying on the feud, you can't blame anyone for fighting back.

When Ted Kennedy and Byrd and Lautenberg keeled over dead, they didn't bar their political adversaries from the event or try to humiliate them at the funeral.

Ordinarily, the dead don't speak ill of the living either, McCain broke that rule.

I don't think it's right to speak so horribly of the dead. I do understand her position though. McCain caused great harm to Trumps presidency and the stunt he pulled on healthcare is something you can never forgive. You are there to govern not be a spectacle like Caesar.

There is also his issue of a desire for constant wars. I support a strong U.S military that can ensure global peace, I don't think the immediate first response should always or often be a military action. He seemed a little too eager, odd, considering he himself fought in war.

Ultimately, it's clear she and many others have disdain for the Old Guard. I don't think the GOP would have won another election if they ran a Neo-Con, that sun has set for awhile until such leadership is needed. Trump is here to clean up past failures, McCain seemed to be the type who wanted the same to reign, even when unearned.

I agree with the Polish guy above that it is general in bad form to ridicule those of recent passing, but this is a weighty matter and McCain I believe was an integral part of the accused. If the McCain women said nothing afterwards the focus would not have been about John McCain, because the main point was much larger and important; which also appears to have implicated recently deceased, George H. Bush.

Excerpt from her speech >>> “It’s the GOP sell-outs — not just the radical, open-borders left — that are in bed with immigration saboteurs. Like the ones who hijacked the Tea Party… Sanctuary cities have metastasized and both parties are to blame! And yes, I’m looking at you, retired Paul Ryan. And yes, I’m looking at you, Mitch McConnell. Yes, I’m looking at you, Bush family; And yes, I'm looking at you, the ghost of John McCain."

Yes, fine, I agree with yours and the other poster's point above about respect for the recently dead. But I hope that is no reason to ignore Michelle's message to the conference and the journalists present. That is a very serious charge of collusion or cowardly actions that have profoundly harmed this nation --- his own party's cowardliness or direct opposition. For those of us who support Trump's initiatives, it is a disgrace worth calling out by name.

McCain is dead and I no longer hear him. If you can still hear him, so be it -- go ahead and fight back.

When she pointed to the sky and invoked McCain's ghost I thought to myself, this is so very wrong...

..she should be pointing down.

Michellle Malkin is a jackass who needs to be skinned. She is a lowlife. If this is what the Republican Party has to offer it will soon be out of business.

John McCain was 100% right. The fact is that John McCain served his country honorably and Trump disrespected that service. McCain broke no rules.

McCain followed the dictates of a majority of AMERICANS. He did what was right for the country. Democrats gained a Senate seat in Arizona in 2018 so he was vindicated. A majority of Americans do not support repeal of Obamacare. Voters overwhelmingly support Democrats on healthcare.

John McCain was the man on foreign policy. He understood the evil that exists and that you cannot hide from it. He understood foreign policy very well as he did not want history to repeat itself.

Trump is not here to clean anything up. He was elected because he was less worst than Clinton.

Agreed, we should not speak of what a Traitor he was to the Navy, the Republic, the Republican Party or anyone else.

That would be very bad form.

That Traitor is burning so deep in the charcoal of hell, he might have wraped around back to Perdition. Who knows which way to point for that scum....wait, I mean to say that valorous veteran of Venemous Veracity.

She should because that is where she, Trump and his garbage will end up.
She promotes that our politicians should be working for us. Instead politicians spew venom towards each other with many not believing the agendas they spout. And progressive socialists are many times worse at it.
