And the Left will tell us they were all unnamed white supremacist groups and none could have been any part of ANTIFA because it does not exist.

The far left has gone so far left the are now the far right.

Anyone supporting these assholes should soak their heads in a bucket of water for an extended length of time.

The largely peaceful protests seems to have pretty widespread looting and arson.

The biggest travesty is those who came from out of the city and damaged and looted black owned businesses....especially white people.

SWEET! 700 buildings damaged in Minneapolis! Because one felon tried to cash a fake $20.

It's a good thing these were peaceful protests.

No the biggest travesty is the black woman who does not drive and lives in the city crying and saying that everyplace I go is gone and that no one is helping her

Minneapolis represents the Democrat vision. Nobody wants to live in fear. The Dem hierarchy who would benefit from the transformation to communism are the villains here.

I will guess that a good number of those are not going to be reoccupied and more will be moving out. Will mean economic hardship and higher taxes.
But when you consider democrat rule economic hardship and higher taxes are the norm.

Way to go liberals, you guys really know how to run a municipality.

Does Minneapolis issue bonds?

They must be junk bonds.

What would Minneapolis bonds have to yield for you to invest in them? 12%?

Neighborhoods become food deserts overnight

Neighborhoods where stores were destroyed become food deserts overnight

In many neighborhoods that have seen looting and vandalism over the past week, residents are now left with few — if any — grocery stores, pharmacies and other essential businesses. Which is made even harder by the fact that lots of stores are also closed because of the pandemic.

There’s a 6-mile long commercial corridor in South Minneapolis called Lake Street, and it has been destroyed.

“We no longer have pharmacies in our community,” said ZoeAna Martinez, who works for the Lake Street Council, a business association. “We no longer have gas stations as well. Our largest grocery stores are also gone,” Martinez said. “Right now, our community, we live in a food desert, which happened overnight.”

Yeah, but they sure showed that racist white cop, huh?

Meanwhile 40 miles north in my rural area. Life continues as normal in a red county with low taxes, low crime and access to every service available.

The idiots in the Twin Cities got the government they voted for and therefore deserve. Too late for regrets.

Lake street will never be the same and only a fool will ever open a business there.
