Moderately Wounded Syrian Taken for Treatment in Israel

A Syrian citizen who was wounded in the country’s civil war was brought by IDF soldiers to the Ziv Hospital in Tzfat on Thursday night.

The man, who was shot in the abdomen and moderately wounded, was taken to the operating room. Army Radio reported that Chief of Staff Benny Gantz had approved the transfer of the wounded man to Israel, but that there was no change to the IDF policy regarding the civil war in Syria.
