Maybe when stores stop apologizing to customers so easily offended, more such customers will try what normal adults do in such a situation. It only takes a few steps.

They see a bracelet that bothers them.
They stop looking at the bracelet that bothers them.
They pay.
They take their purchases out of the store and go on about their day.

Right...stores need to stop catering to the fragile religious types who freak out if they are not wished "Merry Christmas".

Sam's Club apologizes for cashier's swastika bracelet

Officials for a national chain store have issued an apology after a customer in its Secaucus store complained about a cashier's swastika bracelet, a local cable news channel reported.

The shopper, who told News12 he is the son of a Holocaust survivor, said he does not want to see the clerk fired, according to the report, but he hoped the incident would help people be more cognizant of other's feelings.

The employee told the customer, Paul Fried, that her bracelet's swastikas were not representative of the Nazi Germany swastika, the report said.
