‘Mr. Wonderful’ slams Trump ruling: ‘You might as well find guilty every real estate developer on Earth’

This isn’t “gotcha”, it’s trying to get you to have an honest conversation for once in your life.

Trump had an independent appraisal of 7 springs at less than $10 million. It’s an empty piece of property.

Trump instead listed it at $161 million because their value assumed the presence of 7 mansions that were not built and were not legal to build.

This is an example of a lie in their valuation. The valuation was based on facts that are not true. Therefore, it’s fraud.

There are other lies in the valuations. This is just one.

But you can’t admit this because you will defend Trump no matter what.

One, you can't prove it was a 'lie', valuations are subjective, and I guarantee that all of the relevant 'facts' were not allowed at trial as to why some properties were valued as they were.
Two, the bank negotiated the deal and took on the risk of what the values of the properties were and what value they would continue to hold going forward.
Three, only a portion of Trump's holdings needed to be used as collateral for the loan, the SFC contains everything, the deal may have only used a few of the properties or holdings as collateral, and not necessarily the ones that were brought up in the trial.
Four, it's up to the bank to verify any valuation to mitigate the risk that is taken on by the bank.
Five, you have zero knowledge of how any of it works, but you will defend corruption no matter what in your hatred of Trump.
Six, you've yet to show or point out where this has been used as it was in Trump's trial with anyone else, and then stupidly claim that maybe no one else has done it. And that is because it's never been used in this way, ever.

Sure there was.

I was just listing the lie about their valuation for 7 springs.

There are other lies listed in the judgement. For example, he claimed his money in the Vornado Trust was “cash” but it was no liquid as he required approval from the other partners to take it out.

What do you do for a living?

Wild claims made that he got 4% instead of 8% based on his overvaluation. No such spread exists in the lending world
It was an example stupid.

Did you miss the “at say…”

Was it 1/2 point lower? 3 points?

It doesn’t matter. If he got a loan at a lesser rate the bank lost money

Bibble babble once your ignorance and unfamiliarity is revealed

SHe thinks the most sophisticated real estate appraisers in the world at Deutsche Bank are nose picking morons that throw darts at a board to determine valuation.

I don't think she has a remote clue about what all transpires and goes into a deal like that one.

Trump was far from accurate in his SFC.

We know that Deutsche Bank did not verify the values of the properties listed in Trump's SFC.
Did the bank rely on those valuations? As a result of that reliance, what were their losses.

None of that matters to her, her only leg to stand on is that he lied on the SFC and that constituted 'fraud'. It's that simple to her. :cuckoo:

The appeal will bring in 10 licensed appraisers who will share their experiences with completing about 50 like kind appraisals on properties per appraiser and that Eggberts “method” is not sanctioned and in fact erroneous and prohibited with the conclusions being made by the appeals court that Eggmorin did this with calculating deliberance thus fraud and misconduct
Yes chirping lib loon children who know nothing; that’s how it ends.

And those loan officers would not have gotten their commission… which explains why those loans were granted

One of the reasons, not the only one. One of the better layman's term explanations below.

He lied according to who? The entire action against Trump is subjective with a foundation of getting Trump at all costs. The governor said as much.

Talk about babble. That was it.

Trump MIGHT get the award reduced. He will NOT get the case overturned

And in order to even appeal he’s going to have to put a shitload of money in escrow

Which he will of course have to borrow at significant cost

If he can find someone stupid enough to lend to him

Generally, the making of a number of false statements to a lending institution in a single document constitutes only one criminal violation under section 1014.

So why isn't Trump charged by a federal court for this, instead of being charged in a State by a prosecutor digging up a law never used as it was used against him?
