My back surgery update ! First improvements

After about 1 month of hell I finally saw my first improvements today

Also I just turned 50 so wish me a happy birthday

My back improved 30 percent today
I had no pain in the am and was able to stand and sit with little pain

Hiopefuly I keep getting better and do not go back

Didn't they give you some pain pills?
Without freedom from pain, there is no quality of life.
