Make sure you register it first with the BATF then take a $150 training course so you can legally use it. If transporting it in your car, put the lid in the glove compartment and the pot in the trunk in a locked case. Never put it in a backpack, it's considered an illegal concealed carry.

Why not just buy a new gasket for it??? That way you will just have a guy in a black suit with an ear wire showing hanging around your front door and not have black helocopters hovering around your house with lots of black SUVs parked in the front yard.
