NBC's Steve Kornacki Throws Cold Water on Kamala Harris' Chances

It's NBC, you ignorant, stupid, fuck.
Look dip shit. It's Town Hall putting their spin on what Steve Kornacki said. He said that she is untested and that the polls are based on 'hope" The rest is all interpretations and extrapolations and opinions by Town Hall that don't mean shit. There are few if any direct quotes. The cold water is going to be on you.

Note to the clueless, Johnson is in the House, not the senate. And tell the class exactly why commiecrats in the senate voted against it.

.
I know that Johnson is Trump's stooge in the HOR, dope. Nice try trying to blame Dems in the senate for Trump telling his lackeys in both houses not to pass the bill.

The law is he law and the courts ruled they can cross anywhere and get their day in court.

And no, trump can't change trade policies on the new trade agreement signed by the 3 countries, to get Mexico's new president to do this via threat.

Money is best spent on beefing up to the max, immigration courts and processing the backlog expeditiously.... and deporting those who do not qualify for asylum by the court. And giving court dates of just a few weeks for new seekers, so the rejected are sent back to their homelands quickly....and this word gets around and known to the locals considering the long trip in the future imo.

And increasing the capacity of detention centers...

And increasing border patrol to catch more...

And even increasing the Wall....
many things need to be done that only Congress can address and fund...imo.

Nothing says they must be released into the interior of the country while awaiting a court date. And there are ways of negotiating remain in Mexico without changing the trade agreements. There's a shit load of Mexican agricultural products imported, we could take months to inspect them, rendering them worthless. Ya think that could be an incentive. Plus the folks that remain in Mexico contribute to their economy, so it would be a win win for them. And it's a major win for us, because they don't tax our detention facilities, schools, hospitals, social services and housing. And we don't get a shit load of kids born here when their parents will most likely be deported, because they don't qualify for asylum.

Personally I prefer a bit more draconian approach. Just shoot anyone trying to invade our country. That will put a stop to it very quickly and economically.

Joe Biden’s presidency is over. It’s now a half-dead vessel, much like the man himself, but Democrats appear overjoyed that Vice President Kamala Harris is taking the 2024 Democratic mantle, though it’s not like Joe had much choice. He had to back Harris if he bowed out. The disunity he sowed by remaining in the race led to an unprecedented fracturing of the party not seen since 1968. Harris is the only person who could legally inherit his war chest. If he couldn’t run for a second term, maybe he could work on bringing the party back together. Harris’ ascension has led to over $250 million in donations, another damning sign that Biden likely would have run out of juice in the final and most critical phase of the 2024 election.

Yet, NBC’s Steve Kornacki threw cold water on the Harris candidacy, namely that she’s untested. She dropped out before the start of the primaries in 2020; Tom Steyer’s campaign lasted longer than hers. She’s also equally unpopular as Biden and owns the same record. Kornacki noted that “hope” more than numbers is inflating Democrats’ hopes of keeping the White House in November.

BJ -

Harris is by far a worse candidate than lunchpail/scranton joe.
She starts out a -9 in the states that will decide the election.
She will get a slight bump at the beginning and one at the convention (if it is still her)

She is very unlikely to win.

It was a bipartisan vote, stop trying to blame it all on rupublicans. You really are a piss poor propagandist.

Th bill would have passed until Trump had a meltdown scared shitless that Biden would get some credit for signing the most comprehension border legistlation passed in decades.

So he got his bootlickers to stop it. End of story.

Post the law you're talking about.

You have posted a radical open borders groups interpretation of the law.
True. Regardless, Asylum Seekers have to be given a hearing if they enter the US seeking asylum....

The rules of what terms are considered life threatening, or what countries are in distress that can qualify a migrant as an asylum seeker, and that kind of stuff, seems to be left open for each President to determine, instead of written in law...
