Must it only involve deaths to be a crime? Isn't the standard "High Crimes and Misdomeaners"?
Yes. Especially when citizens are put at risk of life and limb for political purposes and without their knowledge/consent.

Scooter Libby didn't cause deaths? Maybe you refer to a coverup I don't know of.

And, while Obama's coverup was politically motivated, it DID NOT result in anyone's death.

Watergate didn't cause any deaths either.....

As loathsome as Obama's political move was, there's a distinction between BUGGING the other party's phones, and covering up inconvenient facts. We've a long history with the latter, stemming back at least as far as Jefferson. But there are some things we generally have ignored, such as lying about sex and not putting people under oath to question them about sex, and even screwing up and leaving the Fleet at Pearl Harbor, and even manufacturing the "intelligence" to justify a disaster of a war. But, we generally accepted we can't knowingly allow one party to commit burglary and wire tapping to win an election. (And Nixon had that one in the bag (-: anyway, so who knows why he did it.)

American employees died begging for help from their government, which wished them away in a campaign of lies and betrayed them.
And this doesnt bother you in the least.

Fuck you and your docu-drama fantasies.

So you have no answer to Bush's leadership failure during these 13 incidents?

But you continue to ignore that the administration blamed the attacks performed by terrorists on the actions of an American Citizen who was exercising his right to free speech.

I don't recall ANY politician...much less the President of the United States who was willing to use one of our most sacred rights as the reason why people attacked Americans when, in fact, he was well aware that it was NOT the impetus.

Synth, bad things happen during every administration. The difference here is this administration was lying, covering up, and stonewalling Congressional investigations.

There has been no cover-up.

This administration lied that they were kicking al Qaeda's ass when in fact they were barely making a dent.

Dead bin Laden disagrees with this.

This administration lied that they were deporting more illegals than any administration before when in fact they changed the way they counted deportations to get this increase.

No, they've actually deported more people.

This administration allowed an ambassador to be murdered and then covered up the real cause by inventing a story about protests over a video, and now we have the proof.

They didn't 'allow' anything. They were assured by Stevens that more security wasn't needed.

What happened to the Republican mantra of listening to the folks on the ground?

This administration lied for 3 years that we could keep our health care and our doctor after the ACA went into effect.

And they didn't cancel a single policy. Bitch at the insurance companies who cancelled instead of modified existing policies.

This administration has lied to us and deceived us at every turn. They lied so they could win re-election and they have become unworthy of any amount of trust. Even the Russians know that nothing Obama says can be counted on, so he feels that if Obama threatens him over military aggression in the Ukraine, warning repeatedly that there will be consequences, he knows Obama is lying.

What lies? The ones that have been debunked, like the IRS was 'targeting' Right-Wingers?

Sure, only 4 Americans in total died in all of those incidents. So it took 13 times under Bush to kill 4 Americans. It took Obama only one, not only that, he lied about it. We're speaking strictly of American casualties here. Let other countries mourn their own dead. This little piece has been outrightly debunked many times over.

By the way, I subscribe to PolicyMic on my Facebook feed. They are a far left news organization. Some of their stories (like this one) are patently outrageous.

'patently outrageous' - what does that mean? Are you claiming these incidents did not happen?

No, we hae the truth: the Obama White House lied to protect their re-election chances.
Obama lied, people died.

Okay, you see, the problem with that logic is that the discussion of talking points AFTER Stevens died had no effect on whether he was dead or not.

Oh, yeah, and the guys who did it have said they totally did it because they were pissed about the video.

But don't let that stop you.

No, idiot. He means it is outrageous to compare the them to Benghazi as a way to excuse Obama's behavior.
Frankly I see no way to excuse Obama's behavior. Can you explain why it was acceptable to lie about a serious incident in order to boost Obama's re-election chances? Can you?

It doesn't bother me because that's not what happened. You simply believe that it did, when it didn't.

Oh, so damn the facts because the facts don't matter to you because of your bigotry.

Duly noted.

This is what today's liberal is all about. A double-standard on bigotry. It's not that you discriminate, it's who you discriminate against that matters. Some people get a free pass while others get hammered, their lives ruined.

It's not "discrimination", it's a value judgement.

If Mitt Romney thinks he's wearing magic underwear, dark skin is a curse from God, Ancient america was inhabited by Hebrews and he's going to rule a planet in the afterlife, these are all pretty damned silly beliefs, and I honestly have to question his judgement and reasoning skills. I certainly didn't want him anywhere near the nuclear weapons.

Not to mention the guy showed nothing but contempt for working folks like me with comments like

"Corporations are people'
"I like to fire people"
"47% are moochers because they don't pay taxes"
"It's really awesome that these Chinese women were behind barbed wire, 120 to a toilet, making me money".

THAT'S what America saw in Mitt Romney, and those not obsessed with Obama's skin tone were kind of horrified by it.

It's not a value judgement, which is a prevarication. It is bigotry.
So, if you opposed a candidate who believed in voodoo and practiced witchcraft, it would be because you are a bigot?

Is that how that works?

No, we hae the truth: the Obama White House lied to protect their re-election chances.
Obama lied, people died.

You can't even come up with your own slogans. How lame is that?

If you think your pathetic attempts to use Benghazi as a way to hurt the Democrats or to put the skids on Hillary will actually have some effect, you are sadly mistaken. And besides, is Benghazi all ya got??? Other than Hillary is a lesbian? That's fucking lame too dude...
You're not bothered that the Obama White House fabricated a story they knew to be false and sent Rice out to sell it in order to bolster Obama's re-election chances? How sad is that?

There is absolutely no evidence of this.

There is not one Benghazi on that list. Know why? Because in not a single one of them did the White House knowingly lie about what happened to protect the president's re-election chances.
Another equivalence fail from the chief Fail of USMB.

And neither did President Obama (praise be unto Him!)

Obama really deserves to be impeached for Benghazi...but given the hyper Racial atmosphere is promotes, that won't happen.

So, Congress should haul all of the other participants into hearings and roast them alive.

Ok, do you believe Bush should have been impeached over Pat Tilman?

I can appreciate and agree with holding POTUS accountable for lies no matter what party they are from.

Can you?

False equivalence at work. Bush didnt lie about Tilman to protect his election chances.
/fail.

What difference does the bolded make?

Lies are OK if you're not running for re-election?

And Tillman was killed on April 22, 2004, 6 months before Bush's re-election.

Then we can kill everyone that breaks our laws?

How about shooting every Mexican that we catch illegally, shall we?
