Seems awfully funny that in this age of college kids not being able to afford a home that a 20 year old, two years out of HS with no college degree, working as a fry cook at a nursing home, can afford a house, much less a pretty decent middle class home?

He lived with his parents. The AR gun was his father's. He just graduated college with an associate degree in Engineering Science.

You did get one thing right, he worked in a nursing home...(while attending college)
