As it stood before.... getting two neg reps from the same person in a 24 hour period was doable and well within the rules of the rep system. Depending on how fast someone was willing to work... you could hand out a second neg ..or pos rep within10 minutes or less.

Yes but these noobs were getting more than just two before complaining. More like two a day, everyday.

From different people? Sure.... if they come in swinging with a foul mouth.... they could get hundreds... they still can.

If they are claiming getting 2 negs every day from the same person... then they are flat liars.
