New polls suggests Donald Trump still has massive amount of followers and supporters

New pollssuggestDonald Trump still has massive amount of followers and supporters

Despite all the controversy and tapes of rude remarks to women, Trump is still backed by a large fan base

"The first poll since the tape was published showed just 12 per cent of Republicans – and 13 per cent of female Republicans – agree Trump should end his political campaign.

The survey comes amid mounting pressure for the billionaire to withdraw from the race."
Trumps fan base is still large.

He'll probably get more than 55 million votes. 1996 was the last election anyone from the main two parties got lower than 50 million votes, 2008 was the last time anyone got lower than 60 million votes. Romney got nearly 61 million votes and lost. So even if Trump has a disaster he's going to get a lot more than 55 million votes.

55 million out of how many?

Well now 50% is about 65 million.

But still, it's a lot of people. That's the point being made here. People show pictures of Trump's rallies and 20,000, as if 20,000 people turning up out of a potential 60 million who could vote for him is somehow a massive number. Then they show a Hillary rally with much less people, but she'll easily get 65 million people.

Trump isn't about revolution, Trump is about entertainment.

The point is that the campaigns have long been pursuing different strategies when it comes to rallying their supporters. You can believe Trump's big crowds theory is superior but you shouldn't assume Clinton is operating under that same theory of the case.

he thinks the elections are rigged now

If one looks at change from what is established, that's revolution. Not entertainment.
