The County Commissioners said the county needed to build more schools and taxes needed to be raised to pay for it.

They proposed a major property tax increase. A major hit to property owners. I couldn't vote because I don't live in the county but the rest of the tax payers voted the increase down. Good for them.

At least 50% and probably closer to 70-80% of them are approved for asylum, basically the number is the same as people who have relatives here already. Racist stopping all crossing of the border did not stop the fentanyl, just the people who deserve asylum. The numbers coming across the border are much lower now after an expected rush after four years of racist policy.
