The American people know this conviction of Trump in the New York hush money payment trial is all about blocking Trump from winning this year's Presidential election and such behavior is a disgrace beyond words the people behind this need to have their life devastated by this abuse of the criminal justice system. I get the danger trying to be averted by these people that Trump is as narcissistic as a human can be and is essentially completely immoral and poses grave danger to bringing down the country; but that is no excuse for abusing the criminal justice system to derail his candidacy and make no mistake these thirty-four felony convictions will significantly hurt Trump because in swing states where the independent votes make the difference many independents won't be able to bring themselves to vote for a convicted felon because they will find it too abhorrent to good citizen behavior. There was obviously an organized effort by very powerful people in the country to manipulate the justice system to hurt Trump's candidacy this way; but what I don't understand is why don't they orchestrate a Trump loss in a good and virtuous manner which is readily doable why do they corrupt our democratic process like this by misusing the Justice system. I don't care what the polls say about Robert Kennedy hurting Trump more than Biden when it comes close to election day disillusioned Democrats are going to turn to Robert Kennedy, Robert's part of the Democrat Kennedy dynasty they will believe they can count on Robert to be a good Democrat President, Biden will be hurt really significantly by Robert hands down. Why don't these Democrat champions take Robert out, Robert is a truly dumb person he has no business seeking the Presidency what is one of the recent dumb things he said that a Doctor told him he had a worm travel to his brain and then die there and the American people are supposed to select such a guy to be President plus Robert's campaign is a joke it proves he has terrible Executive skills. Democrat powers to be should be dismembering Robert publicly over these and his other alarming shortfalls in seeking the Presidency!
Why don't the Democrat Powers to be initiate an open rebellion to the Biden reelection campaign any competent political analysis knows if you replace Biden with a light to moderate progressive with no glaring flaws you have a whole new election dynamic where the Democrat candidate strongly leads Trump because with Biden in the race it is going to be largely about Biden's record most importantly about Biden's record on inflation which makes most American's livid because they are worse off with the price of goods, a home and services with Biden compared to Trump. It is a no brainer it only takes a little bit of courage on the Democrat powers to be part for them to make the slam dunk case for replacing Biden. You replace Biden with a solid safe Democrat you recoup the young people vote, the voters mad about historic murder and abuse of Palestinian civilians in Gaza and the Black vote it is a no brainer transformative move to alter the election to the Democrats benefit!

This New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg deserves to have his political, legal and any professional career permanently ruined because of his political use of the criminal justice system here. First off the overall policy stakes behind this trial are bad society wants candidates to be able to keep confidential an adulterous affair he or she had throughout that candidate's life, not allowing this option will deter good people from pursuing elected office to America's detriment. Plus sex is a private matter when we as a society don't respect people's privacy in this matter we lose an important value. Plus America's criminal law should be unambiguous, the American public should clearly know what behavior breaks the law and how so; cable news experts even on pro-democrat channels struggled to delineate the law to explain how certain behavior constitutes a felony crime in this case. From a legal standpoint this case reeks as an unjust and unfair prosecution because it is unclear how to meet the elements of the crimes charged a fundamental tenet of our criminal justice system. The political pundits in the media public condemnation of Trump in this case saying things like that what he committed is an assault on our Democracy is a joke and is compelling proof that the media is failing in its role to support our Democracy, the media legitimized the completely illegitimate in this case this was a nothing matter that absolutely and definitely should never have been brought! What is the amount of money involved in this case three to four hundred thousand dollars of hush money payments such dollar figures would not have changed the outcome of the 2016 election. At its core this is a bookkeeping case and how many politicians go back after filing a campaign document go back and change the filing because it has erroneous information with no criminal consequences. This case is a scandal that never should have happened!
