I don't know, we moved up to Northern California but it was certainly on some prime real estate, it's probably million dollar condominiums by now..

Couldn't say myself. I used to drive by the place on my way to work most evryday to avoid traffic on the 101 and 280. And we weren't too far from there, and we were very much heavy industrial. As a matter of fact it was all landfill, and not very stable landfill. At least where we were at.
