Rather than their race, I think the main focus should be on the age of the pugilists
Unfortunately, malls which used ot be a gathering place for teens are now keeping teens out by limiting the number of unescorted teens to a certain number. Also many malls now prohibit "hanging out" by teens.
The reason is simple. Teens are the most likely age group to cause trouble and commit crimes.
