Only until it's something they don't like...like protecting tax paying gay Americans from discrimination in public accommodations.

They're totally cool with religion being protected at the Federal level though...

The bakers found in violation were found in violation of STATE laws.

I know...they're all about states rights until they aren't. And they aren't even TRYING a to attack these laws at the Federal level...because THOSE don't protect gays.

So where is the EO from Obama to protect the "gay" causes on all levels?

It's not a place of public accommodation. It's a bakery, where they were ordering a cake to be provided to them at a different location.

They were never denied patronage, and they were never told to leave the shop.

A bakery is a place of public accommodation. The couple ordered a cake, just like any couple. It was denied THIS couple. Because they were gay...which violates the state's PA law.

If they had refused to bake a cake for a Jewish wedding, they would be in violation of Federal law. Go after the Federal law first. States Rights!!!!

So what court case determined that? You know, the SCOTUS had the opportunity to rule on one of these cases. You'd think they would have taken it up instead of leaving the lower court ruling in place if it's soooooo unconstitutional.

Don't go into business where the law requires you to commit sacrilege.
