No, Chansley Was Not Escorted Into the Capitol Building

Then you’re illiterate. The document couldn’t be more clear. The defendant is Chansley. He entered at 2:14 and encountered police who told him, specifically, to leave at which point, he demanded to be let through and riled up the other protestors.

The relevant portion that you apparently can’t read.

Nope. I read all of that, Simp.

Nowhere in there does it back up your claim about him being told to leave before and during his guided tour.

Keep trying.......

When do you think his “guided tour” occurred?

Did overrunning the Capitol obstruct or impede the official proceeding?
It may have had some effect along those lines. Was that the purpose and the intent?

And can you demonstrate by any evidence that Shaman boi had any such intent?

Is that a word?
Are the many people on this site who claim that the 2020 election was stolen left wing?
No. I don’t think so. But harboring a theory isn’t the same as engaging in a conspiracy theory anyway. Especially when there is some basis for harboring that theory.

And most conspiracy theorists tend to be left wing cultists anyway.

Breaking into the Capitol speak to intent.
No. It sure doesn’t. It does speak to presence. (Maybe, in many cases, amounting to “trespass.”). And it might speak to criminal mischief for those who engaged in the “breaking” of property there.

But it doesn’t speak to the alleged intent to impede any official proceeding.
