If you want to vote, you'll secure what you need to be able to do so.

If it's not important enough for you to put in the effort, you won't get to vote (and don't deserve to).

There are always strange one-offs. I got held up on an international trip and had to miss voting one year. I didn't blame anyone or anything.

The poor and indigent seem more than capable of getting photo ID when they want to apply for food stamps or welfare or rent an apartment or go to work or open a bank account or whatever. So far I haven't met a soul who wanted to vote who couldn't get a photo ID. Some pretend they don't have them because they're wanted somewhere and they don't want anybody to know who they are.

Wow, seriously, are you this fucking clueless? "Gee, nobody I know is too poor to get an ID, so it must not be happening!!!"
