Not Surprising: Michelle Obama Names A Role Model---------It's Hanoi Jane Fonda

The AA GUN WAS A MISTAKE, BUT SHE WAS RIGHT ABOUT THE WAR. MORE PEOPLE AGREED WITH HER THAN NOT. horrible war, but I never knew anyone who blamed our soldiers.

Your Boy John Kerry did, quit lying.

I love it when clueless dimocrap scum say stupid shit like, "Horrible War"

Like there's any other kind?

Our resident dumbass also forgets that it was two dimocraps, JFK and LBJ who got us into the War and a Patriotic American Republican who got us out -- With a victory....

And then, dimocrap scum turned right around and gave the victory away.

Just like they're doing in Iraq. And will do in Asscrackistan.

dimocraps truly are the scum of the Earth.

And stupid....

BTW, two-thirds of the casualties during Viet Nam were under dimocrap presidents

Victory in Veitnam? Your Conservative minds are so fucked. Go read the Pentagon Papers if you think that Vietnam was a US victory. 40k people have been killed by US landmines since the end of that war. That's not victory.

The US lost so badly in Vietnam that the CIA took the strike-and-move tactics of the Viet Cong and taught them to the Afghan jihad so that Russia would fight an endless, Vietnam-style guerrilla war. It was called Operation Cyclone. Look it up.

Michelle Obama should have chosen a real American hero like Ronald Reagan for a role model, who sold missiles to Muslim terrorists and then used the money to fund genocide in Central America.

Perhaps you weren't born but Jane Fonda made a very sincere public apology about 20 years ago.

As it turns out, our Government did a lot things in vietnam that we're not proud of -- see Pentagon Papers.

This is just such a hacky thread -- you want to hate so bad.

Actions have consequences, sadly her apology came years and years too late.
The POWs will never forgive or accept her "apology", and rightly so.

I think John McCain forgave her. As for the rest of the POWS... who cares

Spoken like a typical liberal. You have warm fuzzy feelings for the illegals, felons, terrorists, but fuck the POW's.....who cares?

No, she didn't.

She said she was "too shrill", or something.

Not that she had done a wrong thing.

She gave aid and comfort to the enemy during a time of war... or as close to it as the mealymouthed Congress could come without committing themselves.

There's a name for that in the Constitution.

A REALLY sincere apology comes at a time when political climate is not very receptive to that apology. Like about no more than five minutes after riding the Communist North Vetnamese tank.

A totally PHONY apology comes when the political climate indicates that there may be a chance for forgiveness for obvious and blatant treason.

There are apologies that can should be accepted. Jane Fonda's phony apology is NOT one of those

As for the First Lady: You can tell who you are by your selection of friends.

It was an anti-aircraft gun.

I cannot imagine the emotional and physical pain that our soldiers went through at Hanoi Hilton. I don't care if the military engagement be it Vietnam or Iraq. Don't ever blame the troops. At the Hanoi Hilton, images and audio of Jane Fonda and John Kerry were used against the prisoners. Jane Fonda offered an apology and it was largely rejected by many veterans. John Kerry was denied any plausible possibility of being elected because of the efforts by Swift Boat (Vietnam War Veterans) who felt he was not fit to lead .... Largely because of him selling out his brothers during the Winter Soldier speech on Capitol Hill.

Well who is surprised Michelle would embrace someone who is hated by millions of people in this country who was around for her stunt in Vietnam

the Obama's hate us as much so no surprise here

why do you think Obama appointed Jon (the traitor) Kerry for the position he has? It's a way to spit in our face
