Unfortunately that is due to people dropping out of the labor force altogether rather than because they found gainful employment. A fact that Obama tragically celebrates because

A.) It makes people like you believe his unemployment numbers are lower and thus his policies are a "success".

B.) It forces more and more people onto the government plantation where they are beholden to government for their most basic needs.

So let's look at who the "Takers" are. Of the 34% who are out of the work force, half of those are retired people. Another large chunk are children.

People we really don't expect to work at this point.

Those who gave up looking are actually a fairly small slice of the pie.

The facts say otherwise.... 30 million jobs lost under Obama in his first couple of years. 92 million have dropped out of the work force all together under his reign of terror. The few jobs that have been created were result of conservative policy under conservative governors and state legislatures in places like Wisconsin, Ohio, Texas, and North Dakota. It's why the American people overwhelmingly turned their states and local municipalities over to conservatives in 2010.

The Labor force Participation rate has been declining since 1999.

Part of the reason for that is our labor force is aging out. Part of it is bad trade treaties supported by both sides are moving jobs to third world countries.

That's nonsense since the rate hike in L.A. is spread out between now and 2022. Despite that Walmart closing, the minimum wage is still at $10.00 there and goes up .50¢ in 2017. Sounds more like Walmart is closing their doors for political reasons, not financial reasons.
