This is a sports-culture parody for us Philly-area sports fans in honor of the Eagles victory in Super Bowl 52.

It references Villanova basketball (NCAA).

Cheers,

Cheerleaders across America were united in special passion after the Villanova Wildcats won their second national championship (NCAA men's basketball) in 2016. Before that, it was the 1985 stunning victory over John Thompson's iconic strong-horse Georgetown Hoyas that had everyone in America raving about cheering on sports/athletes. The 2016 generation cheerleaders across the nation and across sports considered the media value of the Wildcats (a Philadelphia area school/team) winning yet again!

The new-gen Rams (NFL) cheerleaders were very gorgeous and confident and rooted on their team to glories. Everyone remembered the successes of QB Kurt Warner, and the new-look Rams looked strong-enough even to tackle the destiny-rich 2017-2018 Philadelphia Eagles. The Rams cheerleaders fluttered their gold-foil pom-poms and flaunted their gorgeous white-blue-and-yellow uniforms. The Rams cheerleaders were among the myriad of American cheerleaders pondering the cultural value of Villanova winning in the NCAA [2016].

Of course, the Rams cheerleaders of yesteryear were much more invested in classical regional spirit, and their uniforms were rather basic and brilliant (yellow-and-blue). Cheerleader recruitment had 'evolved' over the years, and today's cheerleaders reflected a more 'modern' interest in media-marketing, sports-merchandising, and uniform coloring. The Rams cheerleaders of yesteryear represented a burgeoning social interest in sports-revelry, however, so they too would cheer on the cultural ramifications of the Villanova victory in 2016.

The Villanova Wildcats cheerleaders themselves fashioned a very strong blue uniform and blue shiny pom-poms. These modern cheerleaders were hip, well-organized, emotional, fit, and doll-like. They were the 'new school' of sports-fanfare and therefore were meant to reach out to 'everyday fans' seeking to trumpet the 2016 Wildcats victory in the NCAA Championship game. Philly sports-fans definitely cheered on teams/schools in the area (e.g., Phillies, Eagles, Villanova, Penn State, Temple, etc.). These new 'Nova cheerleaders were the cutting-edge of Philadelphia spirit.

That's why an evil and mysterious A.I. robot named Cyclonus landed on Earth (shortly after the 'Nova 2016 championship) to analyse this cheerleader trend in America. Cyclonus disguised himself as a human prince from Romania (very attractive!) and began 'courting' various cheerleaders from numerous teams (collegiate and professional) so he could extract vital information regarding 'sports-fanfare culture.' Cyclonus discovered that these cheerleaders represented both the festive-face of humanity as well as the media-marketing vanities of capitalism(!). Cyclonus concluded Earth was a great site for alien-colonialization.

After Cyclonus left and returned to his robot-planet of Cybertron, he reported his findings to his masters and peers (all robots). Cybertronians were intrigued by this mass-effect of the 'Nova championship and concluded that media was a key aspect of human networking and social consciousness. Cyclonus further added that media-gauged marketing/merchandising was a 'developed' form of creativity. Cyclonus wondered, however, if cheerleaders could become evil and hence serve as 'diplomats' of soul-dehydration.
