This bizarre court decision emphasizes the need to eliminate affirmative action in every area of American life. By every objective, measurable criteria Negroes tend to be significantly less intelligent than whites, and even less intelligent than Orientals.

An entrance examination few blacks pass does not discriminate against them because they are black. It discriminates against them because of what correlates with being black: lack of intelligence and knowledge.
