1) April 2019--3 computers were brought in---one was left to be repaired.
2) After being repaired which I assume would take anywhere from a week to a month, the repairmen repeatedly tried to get in contact with Biden to have him come pick up the computer--------Biden never came and by LAW---the repairman must wait ATLEAST 45 DAYS before making the computer his (and then legally able to slowly read all the emails and images).
3) After the computer became his, the repairman started going through the computers personal stuff -----which probably took days or weeks
4) After finding the emails and child violent porn-------the repairman became scared but wanted to turn the pedo and corrupt bidens in so he contacted a friend of his.
5) The friend contacted the FBI--
6) So in DECEMBER, the FBI subpoened the computer
7) After months went by with no word Other than the FBI;s odd request that he come in and help with the tech investigation, he then contacted or the guilliani group contacted him about harddrive.
