The issue isn't that the Officers failed to stop his attackers. The Officers must have called for an ambulance when they found the kid bleeding but if you read the link it seems that the Officers are accused of not stopping him from bleeding to death. About 75 Police Officers have died in the line of duty so far in 2018 in the U.S. but the left is quick to accuse the officers when the bizarre incident is still under investigation.
