Why are we not seeing Melania Trump? She wasn't at the rally Saturday in Pennsylvania. She wasn't at the Republican National Convention opening night festivities. She hasn't been on the campaign trail with President Trump.
Where is she hiding?

She isn't in hiding though she isn't a publicity seeking narcissist either. She is/will be at the Convention and though is not listed on the slate of speakers, it is rumored she indeed will speak, maybe tonight immediately following Nikki Haley.

Her public statement following the assassination attempt, and because the wording and phraseology is so different from most Trump press releases, I am confident she wrote it herself:
