State Department Office Removed Benghazi Files After Congressional Subpoena
"State Department officials removed files from the secretary’s office related to the Benghazi attack in Libya and transferred them to another department after receiving a congressional subpoena last spring, delaying the release of the records to Congress for over a year.
Attorneys for the State Department said the electronic folders, which contain hundreds of documents related to the Benghazi attack and Libya, were belatedly 'rediscovered' (after the Obama administration's / State Department's attempt to hide them) at the end of last year."
They said the files had been 'overlooked' by State Department officials because the executive secretary’s office transferred them to another department and flagged them for archiving last April, shortly after receiving a subpoena from the House Select Committee on Benghazi."

A subpoena is issued for the release of these documents.
They are immediately moved to another department instead of being turned over.
'Overlooked'...'re-discovered' a year later.
Throw in the FACT that this administration is THE MOST CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT FOR FOIA NON-COMPLIANCE (70% illegally non-compliant) and you do not have a 'CONSPIRACY THEORY' regarding an administration's scandal cover-up - you have an undeniable COVER-UP! consisting of actual crimes in doing so!

Oh for God's sake just STOP already! You are issued a subpoena and you THEN move damaging e-mails / documents to another department where they can not be found INSTEAD of turning them over as you are required to do so by the law... THAT is NOT a 'blunder' - it is VIOLATING THE LAW!

The administration that swore to be the most 'transparent evuh' having been found 70% ILLEGALLY NON-compliant, in direct violation of the FOIA, is embarrassing enough, but the fact is that beyond being embarrassing it is ILLEGAL. This is a demonstration of the proven pattern of this administration intentionally BREAKING THE LAW REPEATEDLY, over and over and over - 70% of the time in an attempt to keep it's dealing secret from not only the American people but also from the LAW!
This is why the FBI is investigating Hillary right now, and in it's biased attempt top protect Hillary and itself, the Obama administration / State Department just got busted breaking the law by attempting to hide Benghazi documents in direct violation of a subpoena that demanded they turn the documents over. ONCE AGAIN, as it has been proven that members of the Obama administration have BROKEN THE LAW we see NO ONE being held accountable. This is THE most scandalous, most criminal. law-breaking administration in our nation's history.
Members of the State Department involved - the director of the executive secretary’s office staff, who was responsible for handling the office’s records maintenance, the assistant secretary for legislative affairs, and Catherine Duval, the attorney who oversaw the public release of Hillary Clinton’s official emails - should be in jail.
Hillary Clinton should be in jail.
Barak Obama should be Impeached.
