Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

1. He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.

   
   He creates FISA courts, instead of public courts with jury trials.
   

2. He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

   
   These would be Article II military courts.
   

3. He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.

   
   This would be the IRS and IRS Obamacare.
   

4. He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

   
   This would be the DHS, and its armored vehicles and billions of hollow points bullets.
   

5. He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

   
   Libya.
   

6. He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

   The United Nations guns treaties.
   

7. For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

   Shortly after the Boston Bombing.
   

8. For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

   
   He doesn't even bother with trials for the FBI agents that sent 7 bullets into Tamerlane's head while tied up, it's worse.
   

9. For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:

   We have no trade, we import practically everything, even more so under Obama.
   

10. For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

    The Government has no right to force others to purchase particular services or items.
    

11. For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
    For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences

12. He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

    The NSA, we are all enemies of the United States to King Obama.
    

13. He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
    He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

    
    He openly funds, arms, trains and directs Al Qaeda and other hostile factions against the United States.
    

14. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

    Unless King Obama has all of his conditions met, he shall approve nothing, regardless of the importance of those thing being halted.
    
    

15. He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

    Obama nows holds the entirety of the United States finances hostage, for his Obamacare package, and now threatens the "martial law" procedure to force a vote.[/quote]
    
    The "martial law" procedure effectually dissolves the House of Representatives, since it forces an uninformed vote within hours concerning thousands of pages of legislation, written by the King.
    

16. He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

    
    He will not let Congress rest until his demands are met.
    

17. He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

    
    This is the actual consequence of the "martial law" demand by Shelia Jackson, it places the House of Representatives under the control of a group of power oligarchs.
    

18. He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

    
    This would be the shutdown itself.
    

19. He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

    
    This is the current Wall Street scheme, to flood the United States with a flood of illegal citizens, in order to proportionality reduce the number of legal citizens; to seize the property of these legal citizens through manufactured economic crises, and then redistribute it to the hordes of illegals; also known as a Communist takeover, getting closer every day.
    
    

    He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us.

    This was his attempt with the Trayvon Martin case, to excite racial wars. Thankfully most blacks saw through that ruse.
