Yep, they stand to make billions off of the backs of the poor and middle class. It's the most awesome fraud ever. None of the science actually works, the planet is cooling but when there's billions to be stolen expect your friendly politicians (who are exempt from insider trading laws) to ram it down the throats of the innocent no matter what.

Attacking windmills usually doesnt lead to being number 1. Then again, it probably depends what you want to be number one in. If you are going for number one in policy that doesn't actually address real problems but only makes life more complicated for the people, then you are probably right.

Global Climate change can be a threat to us all, however that does not mean Kerry and the Dems have the answers. Their Ideas amount to nothing buy a scheme to make people money off Carbon Credits. There is a lot of science proving Climate change is happening, there is very little that shows we can change it through energy policy. Anything we cut, will immediately be pumped out somewhere in the developing world. Devastating our Economy in the name of cutting emissions will not reverse the trend.
