That's not it at all. There was no help sent because Obama wasn't concerned. Panneta was obviously shocked by that as well which you can clearly see in the video of his interview. There is also the issue of Clinton and Rice absolutely and knowingly lying about the incident. There was no video that sparked the attack, it was planned and they knew when the attack started. Obama went home as to not be bothered with it.
