This is our current president admitting that he is helping to build a regime that completely does away with our sovereignty. And Hillary will conclude the mission if we let her. I didn't listen to the entire video but clearly the new world order comment was not followed by the second comment so someone spliced that other film. There is no other way to explain it Irish Ram. My apologies - but the film in OP had to have been made from this one... imo.
