So you design a plan that will necessarily boost costs to the consumer. You include handouts to consumers who can't afford to pay. and then you expect that this mess will lower costs? We see what it has done for costs in college education--up over the rate of inflation every year for 30 years.
Remind me how Obamacare would not add one thin dime to the deficit.

So 2-3 years from now, progressives will call Obamacare a failure, with the only solution being a single payer government run health system.
