Kathleen Sebelius is on record in a video when asked recently at the 3 million mark for sign ups if they would reach their target of 7 million....

Kathleen responded that no one said 7 million was their target.....

Given all losses between exchange enrollment and 3rd quarter financial statements about who actually paid a premium and was still on the rolls by June 30th the 4 million or whatever they end up with with last minute exchange enrollments this number is likely to decline by 50% or more. No premium ever paid, discovery of wrong network/wrong formulary, life change, subsidy miscalculation forms filled out improperly, etc. All news after 4/1/14 will be bad news for obamacare. Hindenberg.gov is steering for every iceberg in sight.
