The following chart shows:
Compare insurance premiums for the lowest-cost ‘bronze’ plan for a 27-year-old single person with the current lowest-cost option for a man in a metro area in 36 states where the federal government will oversee exchanges. Some people may be eligible for subsidies towards the cost of coverage.
The below screen shots show how I sorted the highest increase over the current health insurance for a 27 year old versus the federal government insurance exchange.
For example in Omaha Nebraska Federal exchange rate for 27 year old is $162 per month.
Current health insurance premium for a 27 year old is $26/month.
this is a 523% INCREASE over the current rate that the exchange would require for the lowest cost Federal Exchange plan!

These are far better plans, with some prices lower but many as twice as much as the former, poorer low cost plans. From the link above: "Young consumers in many states will be offered rates that are lower than some initial forecasts, but still significantly higher than they may be used to seeing, on health-insurance exchanges run either entirely or in part by the federal government. New federal requirements will require carriers to price insurance equally regardless of consumers' medical history or gender and will offer more generous coverage and more benefits than current plans may offer. Of course, it does. Or decreases the services and severely narrows the options for treatment.

Which was warned about all the time. Dems lied, as usual.

Now we going to see the convulsions of all the leftard parrots denying that the sky is blue :D

BUT THERE NEVER WAS A NEED for it!
18 million of the supposedly "UNINSURED" DON'T want health insurance and don't need it!
These people pay out of pocket their costs even though they could afford at $50,000!

14 million are already eligible through Medicaid!

10 million are not citizens!

So you think that RAISING the rates on EVERYONE is necessary to cover 4 million???

YOU are nuts!

Obamacare taxes tanning salons because $400 million a year spent on skin cancer claims!
OK... Using that logic then why not TAX LAWYERS 10% of their $270 billion because THEY CAUSE $850 billion a year in
physicians practicing DEFENSIVE MEDICINE out of the fear of LAWSUITS!
6% of lawsuits go to court... THE REMAINING??? Settled out of court! Paid by the insurance companies!
So what do they do... add to the cost of health insurance!
So what does a doctor do? Order duplicate tests. All adding to the $850 billion a year in defensive medicine!
So tax the lawyers at 10% and use that to pay the $5,000 premium for each and every one of the 4 million truly uninsured!

Here is what I don't understand. Why is it that healthmyths is the ONLY person on the planet that knows there are only 4 million people in the uSA with out health insurance?

Health, have you gone to Congress to point out the error of their ways? Why do I not here YOUR Congressperson on TV or radio explaining what you have taught them. That there is ONLY 4 million people without insurance.

Seems to me health myths that YOU haven't been doing a very good job at protecting your friends and loved ones from the onslaught of OMAMACARE.

Why is that?

if ths crap is not stopped ALL company-issued insurance coverage will be dropped in few years - for everybody

When granny needs a hip replacement at 85, let's see if she gets it under Obama care. Or perhaps they will hold off until the problem simply fades away --- though euthanasia might just become an offered medical option.

I don't know where the WSJ got it's base info pay for medical coverage for a single adult male,26 dollars would not touch a privately purchased healthcare plan.

Are you claiming that the same plan, with the same coverage, is increasing by 523%?

Do you want to expand Medicare and Medicaid to unlimited coverage, regardless of cost and/or circumstances?

Are you willing to add that to your taxes?

Why is that?

YOU are right about the MSM totally IGNORING the FACTS!

Why don't YOU go to these LINKS I've provided:

10 million illegal aliens counted as "uninsured" that is accurate!
SOURCE: Income, Poverty and Health Insurance Coverage in the United States: 2009 - Income & Wealth - Newsroom - U.S. Census Bureau
This is from the US CENSUS!!!

14 million counted as uninsured EVEN though they simply have to register with Medicaid is accurate!
SOURCE: http://coverageforall.org/pdf/BC-BS_Uninsured-America.pdf
This is a study made By Blue Cross LOOK it up and you'll see that they point out that 14 million people when asked
do you have health insurance they said NO... BUT these 14 million didn't know that they were eligible for MEDICAID!

18 million that make over $50k so they can afford, are under 34 but they don't need it and don't want insurance are counted!
Source: CRISIS OF THE UNINSURED: 2009
These people DON"T NEED insurance and don't want it!

So there are 42 million people that don't want, don't know they are covered, and aren't legal!

THAT's the number and look it up and prove ME WRONG!!!

I bet that 27 year old in Nebraska paying $26 per month had a great plan that covered everything from A to Z, after the $15,000 deductible.
