If Reagan opened the door for all people to be treated at hospitals,
why not hold the users of medical services responsible for paying the costs?

Why this LEAP allowing govt to collectively punish all taxpayers and working citizens
for the excess expenses of others? why should we lose our FREEDOM to purchase health care when and how we want to, and/or pay for health care ourselves if we choose,
because of other people abusing resources?

Why not pass legislation requiring THOSE people RESPONSIBLE for their OWN costs?
Such as I suggested, reforming the criminal justice system.

Since the liberals/Democrats push to abolish and replace the death penalty
here is the political golden opportunity to introduce that reform! Let the
convicted criminals pay restitution to cover their own costs. And sure
you can require insurance if they cannot afford the costs to live in society
for themselves. But not impose on law abiding citizens who haven't been convicted
of any crime by due process of the laws.

We have the right not to lose liberty or property without due process.
So where is the due process that shows WHICH PEOPLE are the ones
who have abused the HMO policy to use up more resources than we contribute.
Where is the proof before you collectively punish us for the crimes or abuses of others?
