Obamacare is not Constitutional.
People in law decided it was legal due to the fact the government in the 40's forced farmers to destroy crops, to help control the market.
The United States government has been doing far too much of this legal house of cards ,sht. Because they got away with "A", they can pass "B", Because they got away with "B" they can pass "C" , by the time you get to "F" you can toss the whole Constitution in the trash.
Turncoat Roberts said "It looks like a tax to me", which is proof the Supreme Courts is not "conservative" even though most were nominated by Republicans. The Supreme Court's fancy book learnin' didn't do them one bit of good. They stab the country in the back while using a large vocabulary.
...but who says the United States government has the right to IMPLY citizens are FORCED to buy services from profit making, private, companies?
The founders of America would be outraged over this issue. PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT OVERTURNING OBAMACARE IS AS IMPORTANT AS PROTECTING THE ECOND AMENDMENT. The key word in the founding of America was "Liberty". How can you have liberty when the government is forcing you to buy products or services?

James Madison once said the United States doesn't need a Bill of Rights because the Federal government doesn't have power that is not delegated to it .
The Antifederalists demanded a Bill of Rights, and eventually Madison joined them.
Thomas Jefferson once said the final guardian of liberty is the President.
That's were we are today. Trump has temporarily nullified the mandate.
Our democratic process has failed. Obamacare didn't have wide enough support to be passed on a national level. the bill must have been passed on a budget vote which only requires a simple majority. Half of the politicians in government forfeited responsibility to their region and pledged their loyalty to Socialist conspiracy.
The law goes through a series of processes, all have the ability to strike it down .(not uphold)
As an "equal" branch of government, the President should have the ability to destroy the law and err on the side of liberty. That's how this nation was created.
What happens when the final guardian of liberty can't strike down a law on behalf of the public? Then at least one state pulls itself from the federal compact , and destroys the union, voiding the federal government .

Proof the government knows Obamacare is illegal is in the fact that states gave several options back when they started telling people it was mandatory to buy car insurance.
1) You could put up your own money in a reserve
2) You could buy a bond from the insurance companies (which they refuse to sell for under 40k)
Why did sate government draw up alternative option? ...because they knew forcing people to buy insurance was unconstitutional.

Who supported Obamacare?
1) People invested or want to be invested in insurance companies
2) People who think that all health services will be available to them, because it will be billed to the youth.
3) Ignorant people who simply don't know why they support issues.
Buying healthcare under Obamacare, is a guarantee of nothing, and the Socialists love broke systems they have to raise the prices of.
