Obama's chances of winning continue to increase

"The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows Mitt Romney attracting support from 50% of voters nationwide, while President Obama earns the vote from 47%"

An incumbent polling below 50% is gonna have a tough go of it. Just saying.

Oh, and gasoline is below $3.00 in Ohio now. You might want to change your Avatar...

No Jim, it isn't, because I just filled up my tank here in South Carolina yesterday for $3.40 and our gas is around 30 to 40 cents cheaper than Ohio because we have one of the lowest gas taxes in the nation. Telling whoppers won't help your guy win the election.

LOL.

Another sagious member of our illustrious Board just noted the significance of the incumbenet garnering just 47%.

Mitt was right.

BUT, more importantly, the poll figures suggest that beyond those simpletons who were pre-destined to support The ONE, the Obama Campaign has totally failed to generate ANY additional voters.

There is a reason for that. Lots of reasons in fact.

The ONE is going down like Ted Kennedy's date in a car ride over a bridge.

Hey. Whatever floats your boat.

Of course the SS Obama is sinking fast.

Hope you've got a life preserver. Your gonna need it.

Those who are putting money on the election are putting their money on Obama

A lot of people had their money in real estate in 2007 and in Internet stocks in 2000.

To make a Rasmussen poll read accurately, you add +3 to the Democrat. Rasmussen is useful, because they have a consistent bias. Hence, we see from Ras that the popular vote is deadlocked. That is, before you toss Gary Johnson in. And in the EV, Obama is still well ahead.

Gallup is a much less useful poll, because their pro-GOP bias fluctuates so wildly.

I saw some varying polls out this AM with good Romney numbers also, though. So the race is still very, very close. There wll be no landslide...either way.

There are two things that I think will make the ultimate difference:

1. Early voting

2. Ground Game

We will see. Have a Great Weekend everyone. We are expecting a visit from Hurricane Sandy on the east coast this weekend. That should be interesting.
Too late. Teh Rove has clickers that change the votes in the machines.

I am not concerned at this point. Willard is putting on a good face on the campaign trail. I am happy for him...:eusa_clap:

EV is the Key...

They'll learn their lesson on 11/6. It's shocking so many "experts" on this board are so unsophisticated about how presidential elections work. The only respected poll that had Romney ahead (by 5 EVs mind you) was RCP which hasn't place PA, MI, or WI in Obama's column where they all belong. Other than that, Obama has wiped the floor with the Governor.

Stay safe.

wow you are going to be quite upset if Obama loses ..

First, no I wouldn't because since I know Willard will change his positions more than he changes his underwear, if he is elected, I expect he will be a moderate President. The Tea Party will be very upset.

Second, math and science tell me that Obama is ahead. As the vote draws closer, the feeling is getting stronger.

You do have a safe and enjoyable weekend!

NC isn't a toss up. Florida still is. Obama is cruising.

You'll have to excuse Candy, who is about to have a melt down. She is terrified she will open the front door and Paul Ryan will be standing there with federal agents and a speculum.

Weren't you the guy who wanted 10 year old girls to get vaccinated against STD's? I'm guessing if Ryan did that at you're household, you'd sell popcorn.

Update your maps. You sound like you read Romney's Iranian path to the sea map.
