If he had beaten the shit out of or even killed an unarmed black man he'd have been given a paid vacation while an internal investigation was conducted to ultimately determine he acted appropriately, but damn, no cop better post a photo of them self in confederate boxers. He just got himself fired...for displaying on his personal facebook page...himself wearing a legally owned piece of clothing.....depicting a flag...that currently flies on the grounds of the state government which certified him as a cop at their statewide police academy.
